          A few months back, I was watching an interview of Hans Zimmer explaining how he came up with the Joker's theme for The Dark Knight. He wanted the vilain to be identified by a single note getting higher and higher to represent the full insanity and tension of the character and so of the movie.

     So I was curious to try to do something similar. I managed to get this weird sound using a violin, a harmonica, electric guitars,... but what to do with it ? 

     I thought it would be an interesting experience to try and compose something around it in the style of Hans Zimmer and The Dark Knight. You'll hear the inspiration I'm sure. I'm not hiding the fact that I was trying to get something close, yet personal, to what Hans Zimmer had brilliantly done.

          Il y a quelques mois, je regardais une interview de Hans Zimmer qui expliquait comment il avait écrit le thème du Joker pour The Dark Knight. Il voulait que le méchant soit identifié par une seule note devenant de plus en plus aigüe pour représenter la folie et la tension du personnage et donc du film.

     Alors, j'étais curieux d'essayer de faire quelque chose de similaire. Je réussis a trouver un son étrange en utilisant un violon, un harmonica, des guitares électriques,... mais que faire avec ce son ?

     Je me suis dis que ce serait une expérience intéressante d'essayer de composer quelque chose autour du son dans le style de Hans Zimmer et de The Dark Knight. Vous entendrez l'influence j'en suis certain. Je ne cache pas le fait que j'essayais d'arriver à quelque chose de proche, cependant personnel, de ce que Hans Zimmer avait extraordinairement fait.
